UK Returns can be made via our returns portal, which you can access here.

You’ll need your:

  • Order number. You can find this in your order confirmation email.

  • Your postcode or email associated with your order.

  • Some returns options require a printer.

If you require any assistance regarding your return, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team.

Please note that all UK returns are only to be sent via a ROYAL MAIL tracked service as other couriers will not deliver to our Returns Address.

Please note that we do not cover any shipping costs for returns. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped out free of charge.

Please see the full conditions below:

  • Sale items may be exchanged but are non-refundable.

  • Items must be in their original selling condition. This means they must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.

  • Items must have all original tags still attached.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14 working day returns period and/or for items that are not returned to us in their original selling condition. In this case, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

  • Socks can only be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.

  • Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.

  • If you are returning items from multiple orders, please ensure these are returned separately to avoid any complications.
