Please note that all UK returns are only to be sent via a ROYAL MAIL tracked service as other couriers will not deliver to our Returns Address.
Please note that once your items have been received by the warehouse, it can take up to 7 days for your return to be processed. It can then take a further 5 days for your refund to appear in your account.
Please be mindful that during our sales periods, these timeframes may differ.
If you have not received your refund 14 days from it arriving at our Returns department, please contact our Customer Service Team with the following information:
Your order number.
Your name and email address.
The tracking number.
Proof of postage, such as a receipt.
We will then look to resolve your query as quickly and efficiently as possible.
