If your order isn't quite right, you can return your item for an exchange within 14 working days of receipt.
Please note that all UK returns are only to be sent via a ROYAL MAIL tracked service as other couriers will not deliver to our Returns Address.

Please note that we do not cover any shipping costs for returns. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped out free of charge.

Items must be in their original selling condition. This means they must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.
Items must have all original tags still attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14 working day returns period and/or for items that are not returned to us in their original selling condition. In this case, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Socks can only be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.
If you are returning items from multiple orders, please ensure these are returned separately to avoid any complications.
